Our Story

The Allison family began farming six generations ago, just outside of Toronto, in Cooksville, Ontario. In 1967, the family relocated to Halton Hills, Ontario, where William and Isla Allison opened the first farm market on their property in 1975. Their “mini market” specialized in Sweet Corn during the summer months, and Pumpkins in the fall.

In 1997, their son, Bob Allison, built a new farm market, continuing to sell the delicious farm-fresh produce his family had earned a reputation for.

As the business grew, Bob expanded the market to include seasonal fruits and veggies grown by other Ontario farmers as well.

Bob continues to harvest his famous Sweet Corn and Pumpkins, and runs the market alongside his family.
